Bring red towels to wave at the Halloween game

Postby Mustang1991 » Sun Oct 15, 2006 12:29 pm

Some of the folks in our section (105) are bringing red towels to wave at the Halloween game against UAB. We need to show our school pride and support for the team.

While you're at it, bring a friend or two. I've now convinced about five buddies to adopt SMU as their new hometown team since they've moved here after graduating from their respective schools. When we're winning, its a very easy sell.

I think everyone needs to sit in one section and move back and forth as the ball does so it will always look like a packed stadium.

Won't the yellow jacketed police be on their ever vigilant crusade against injustice to prevent this from happening???

Give them a red towel and tell them to join in.

Can you buy small red towels with the SMU logo anywhere? A great promotion idea!

If I can't go to the ECU game, maybe I'll try to come to this one! Would be nice to get back to Dallas :)

YES, when we win at ECU, you MUST come back to DALLAS and watch us go for win #6 (bowl eligible).
