From the Orlando Sentinel:
George O'Leary gets $1 million / year for 10 years base salary.

Some of the incentives:

$50,000 for a six-win season or $100,000 for a seven- win season.
$50,000 for a division title (including ties)
$100,000 for a conference title.

Bowls:
$50,000 for a non-BCS bowl appearance
$50,000 extra for a victory in a non-BCS bowl.
$100,000 for a BCS bowl appearance
$100,000 extra for a BCS bowl win

Attendance:
$25,000 if average attendance is above 25,000
$50,000 if it's above 30,000
$75,000 if it's above 35,000
$100,000 if it's above 40,000
$125,000 if it's above 45,000.

Rankings:
$50,000 for a preseason top 25 ranking
$50,000 for a top 25 ranking after the fourth game of the season
$100,000 if UCF is ranked in the top 25 at the end of the season

$50,000 when there are no violations of the Student Conduct Code or Code of Academic Intergirty and there are no arrests, indictments or convictions for any criminal or suspected criminal conduct and no violations of NCAA rules.

NICE ONE. I am sure that he has incentives put in his contract just like every other coach in the NCAA if they get their teams to a Conference Title, a winning season, a bowl game, bowl win, and BCS game/title.

I thought it was:

win 1 game and not get fired
win 3 games and get an extension
win 5 games - coach for life
make it to any bowl and we mean any bowl - replace Doak Walker statue with 50 foot anatomically correct version of Michaelangelo's Phil
