Different CSTV Question

A few months ago I switched from Comcast to Verizon FIOS so my email address changed. I had a CSTV account but when I Try and log on with the old email it says new passwords were generated...but I cant get it to mail me the password because I no longer have access to that email address.

My question is did they auto renew you if you had a yearly membership from last year? If that is the case then my account should be paid and I just can't get to it. I have emailed them 3 times and they have yet to reply. I am considering just re-registering and paying but don't wanna do that if I have already paid.

Call 1-888-870-CSTV. Give them your old sign on and they will update you however you wish.

I had canceled my account but they still sent me a new password. I imagine you are still paying for yours.
