Don't even bother with this stupid thread. 5-7 and the coaches stay.
It wasn't Gush or Bennett's fault that Pinkney kept throwing up balls that went through triple coverage. He just had good timing and good luck.
On a darker note, it DEFINATELY wasn't their fault that Pinkney would just look over the field and see #3 and throw to that side over and over and over and over. Our corners got beat deep 2 or 3 times, but they gave 45 yard cushions on every stop play.

Read the fricking paper, at least, before you post. If you did you'd know Bennett admitted he prepared to stop the run and was taken by surprise by the passing game. You may not want to assign Bennett "fault" in the face of such an admission, but I don't mind doing so.

Stating the obvious here, but we went into this game something like #114 in pass defense, and first in conference against the run. What in sam hill made Bennett think they would be running the ball up the gut all day. That makes no sense.

NOW you have hurt my feelings. Can I at least be considered for Defensive Coordinator?

now Stallion, I'm going to have to disqualify your response, as the quote is from a guy who graduated from D2 SwTsU.

If the ponies go 1-3 in next 4 games, Bennett is gone. I wonder who is on Orsini's list of candidates.

I would say lets bring in Larry Coker but I am not so sure that he will get canned at the end of the year.

Southwest Texas State University is now known as Texas State University - San Marcos. LBJ would not be happy with the name of his beloved Div. 1-AA school being changed.

Running the ball up the middle always makes sense to PB. 3rd and 45? UP THE MIDDLE
