Bobby Chase for Halloween

My fifth grader is going to be Bobby for Halloween. We ordered the genuine jersey which my wife picked up a couple of days ago in Southlake. She then delivered it to Coach Bennett's secretary so that she could have #82 sign it for him.
He knows he's getting the jersey, but he doesn't know it will be signed by his hero.
We'll be there for the second half after trick or treating with my other three younger kiddos.

When you say a genuine jersey... were you actually able to find one of the Nike jerseys? If so... where/how? I have been looking for one of those for years...
Please fill me in.

My wife got it somehow. I will check with her and get back to you.
BTW, PonyPride has graciously offered to put a photo of my son in his Chase jersey on Ponyfans. Thought that was a cool gesture on his part.

And yes, Pride's definitely a good guy - that'll be nice to see.

I can sign her ThadFilms jersey... because, I mean, you know how huge I am with the under 18 crowd.

Thad,
Not Nike. It's made by a company called "In-Zone Athletic Wear." She got it at MustangLockerRoom.com. She picked it up at their place in Coppell so that we could be sure he'd have it by Halloween.
BTW, Bobby signed it and I just picked it up! It's very cool.

Thanks... yeah I got mine through Mustang Locker Room, as well... pretty cool. I wish they offereed the road whites. They look snazzy whenever Chase/Sanders catches a touchdown.
Cool about the sig. If I were your son, I'd be beyond pumped. Probably, run around yelling "HE CAUGHT IT!!!" .... "RICH, RICH..." etc.

Then he would be up for "Homer call of the week"!!!

And that is where he and I would differ... it would have been quite a feat for me to win Homer Call as SMU was on the DP when I was in fifth grade.

Craig: "I almost puked all over Ted Gangi."

When I was in 5th grade, SMU QB Mike Ford was lighting up the skies of Dallas.
