UAB Stakes - The Lead in the East

Postby SMUstang » Sun Oct 29, 2006 8:14 am

After yesterday's games, has anyone besides me noticed that if UAB wins against us they will be in the lead in the east? They will have possibly more incentive to win than we do. Besides the revenge factor.

and, as I alluded to in another thread, they have a hometown bowl game waiting for them if they're eligible and don't happen to be headed for the Liberty Bowl.

I don't know about motivation. We have plenty if we have any.

First possible bowl in???

Show what the team is made of after losing 2 of 3.

Defense to show what they can do after that last debacle.

Defending home field on national TV. 8)
Go Ponies!!
Beat whoever it is we are playing!!

I hope we want the W more than UAB does. Whoever wants it the most will win.
