Boulevard comes to life

Drove through campus, and a couple of tents already are being set up!

Saw an e-mail from the athletic department asking people to come out ans celebrate .... but it asked that we're "respectful with the noise level" for those who are still in class. To hell with that -- get there early and be LOUD!
