Where's the urgency, guys??? Uggggghhhhhh!!!!! You disgust me. Play with a little purpose in the second half, PLEASE!!!

Oh, and I'm convinced Craig James does indeed hate SMU.

i agree on the craig james part... on the urgency... defense is doing well tonight, and offense playing calling is horrible

Are we watching the same game? James has done nothing to deserve that assesment.

Perhaps not, but one can tell he's doing his best to distance himself from the SMU program being presented tonight. When the showed the ED/CJ clips from the 80s, he pointed out that, "...we had some fun then..." and, aside from the comment about his punting average, the casual listener wouldn't be able to tell that CJ went to SMU.

Mack Brown was more diplomatic and complimentary of Phil Bennett than James has been, to this point.

I thought James had some pretty nice things to say about SMU, as did all the sportscasters. Defense played well the second half (well...the 4th quarter) and deserved to win, nice job.

I liked when they were talking about too much money spent on all the tear away jerseys.

Better playing in the 4th quarter translated into a win. Plain and simple. Thanks, Mustangs.

For the record, I thought I was going to vomit when Willis fumbled in the 4th Q. I thought our season ended on that play. The Mustangs of old would've folded. The new Mustangs did not. D came out and kicked some butt! Then, the O and Mapps put it in the endzone.

Thanks for the W, Mustangs!!!!

offense playing calling is horrible
....... I do agree that our Coaches have called a better offensive game this year. I think we should have taken control of the game earlier. We seem to have forgotten or lost faith in our down field passing the last few games, but a 22-9 victory against a UAB team that really should have beaten Oklahoma at Norman earlier this year is not something to really [deleted] about. We are 5-4 for the first time in 20 years and if we continue to play hard we might have a chance to play in a bowl. Amazing really considering how we started the season 0-2. We have a 6 game winning streak at home. Keep it up!
