Is anyone getting just a little worried about his injury? Thank god for James Mapps (again). Why can't we ever keep a healthy stud RB?

According to Bennett, Martin is not fully over the hamstring injury and he brused his elbow in the first half. He believes Martin would continue to improve.

If he's not over the injury, WHY is he playing? A bruised elbow? Phew.

I honestly believe our offense plays entirely too conservatively when Martin is on the field. Stud? Yes. Savior? Hardly.

I've sorely disappointed in the whole Martin thing. I honestly believed he would break this season wide open for us before the NTSU game. Now, I consider him a secondary back.

well let wait until he's healthy before we place him on waivers. Just hope he is not another Shanderrick Charles who could have been one of the greats.

Seriously, Martin now has another 11 days to rest up and get ready to face Houston. It is going to that stretch of games that we are really going to need him.
To his defense though, he did have a couple of big runs there in the first half to gain some important 1st downs.

He is a between the tackles back. Please stop trying to run around the corner, it usually ends up in a three yard loss.
