Fog Bowl on ESPN2

Postby MrMustang1965 » Tue Nov 07, 2006 8:50 pm

Currently being broadcast on ESPN2 between Northern Illinois University & University of Toledo. SMU alum Craig James is in the booth.

Fog is so thick at this game that all of the plays are being shown from the sideline camera!

Toledo leads 10-7 in the 2nd quarter.

That's insane. They turned off the game clock. At least no one can tell if the stadium is empty or full.

Explain to me how we have a 17-13 game in OT. If Toledo scored first and kicked the extra point, why did the other team kick a field goal? If Nothern Illinois scored first leading by 3, and Toledo score a TD why would they worry with the extra point? Should be 16-13.
