I can't believe I'm saying this...

...but actually I'm glad I am.

With BYU's 55-7 win over Wyoming on Thursday, the Cougars have clinched a tie for the Mountain West Conference title.

As much as we still sting from the 1980 Holiday Bowl, it's nice to know that the @#$%^&* from Fort Worth are not going to be claiming anything of significance this year.

But on his radio show, Fatterson said, "Our goal is to be the best team we can be.''

I guess they weren't against BYU and Utah and even UNLV, although the Rebels are a worthless football program.

Man, you have some real anger problems with TCU. Yes, it will be a disappointing...but 9-11 wins, including wins against Tech and Baylor, is not all bad.

don't worry he's fixated on TCU because of a little office intrique he had with an employee who graduated from TCU he supervised. We can't really talk about it because it may be headed to litigation.

I have been accused of being the most anti-TCU person that anyone has met. I have no problem with that.

It might be because I live here in Tarrant County and have had the six-game losing streak to the purple jammed down my throat, the basketball problems -- something like 12 out of 14 -- it's not fun when you lose to your rival -- BAD.

And everybody in this city thinks TCU hung the moon. Whatever.

And as for the other issue mentioned by Mr. Recruiting, I have no idea what he is talking about.

You guys certainly do a better job filling your stadium than we do at filling ours.

yes, but they have no competition, whereas we compete with a bunch of pro sports since we live in an actual city.

People go to the team they want to see play. Simple as that.

Wow...good one. I chose to live in Ft Worth because I like it more than I like Dallas. To each his own. (By the way, FT Worth is the fastest growing city in the country so it must not be all bad.)

Fort Worth is one of the fastest growing cities in the country because it's cheaper than places like NYC, L.A., and Chicago. You have affordable housing, big deal. "Hey honey, let's start rooting for TCU because they are one of the fastest growing cities in America, affordable housing, and a cute little froggie for a mascot." Please, give me a break. I can't wait to play you guys again and not just whip your [deleted] but kick your [deleted] like you did to us in 2000.

The success of Ft. Worth is due to its close proximity to Dallas.. You see, if Ft. Worth wasn't there, there would be a lot more homeless people in Dallas. Thanks for taking in all the trash Froggie.
