This is HUGE!!

One of you guys (I can't find the post now) had the terrific idea of getting a PonyFans.com section together for an upcoming football game. The deal was, if SMU would set the price right, we'd commit to bringing the whole family, the neighbor's family, the Scout group, the Church group, kid's classmates... Whatever it takes to fill the place up.

Well, the SMU Athletic Marketing Department has called our bluff, so to speak. By this afternoon there will be a banner ad on our Home Page that will connect you to the ticket office...

$1 gets PonyFans & Friends into the Tulsa game. Sign up for as many as you want -- JUST BE SURE TO ACTUALLY BRING ENOUGH BUTTS TO FILL THE SEATS YOU COMMIT TO!!

I can think of no better way to build a little momentum for the program and get the Dallas area community fired up than to see the Mustangs knock out Tulsa and become BOWL-ELIGIBLE! We need the same fan support we had through 3 quarters last week.

One buck. No excuses. Let's make it happen folks.

For the entire order. Cost me $8 for 3 tickets. Still cheap in the grand scheme of things. Bought em to see if I can give them to a friend of mine, a former law school grad, and her kid. They came once last year and her son had a good time. See if I can get them to come out again.

It's per order. So you can get 1 for $6, 2 for $7, etc.

This is a GREAT, proactive move by SMU athletic marketing and PonyFans.com. Major kudos to whoever it was who posted the idea originally.

Last home game of the year, bowl eligibility on the line -- get everyone you know to come to the game. EVERYONE.

Did anyone notice that it said to pickup the tickets at moody? That can't be right, just thought it was strange. I picked up 10, so I will try to fill that up

Look it the people you have already found on there with SMU connections. I think its a great idea that you posted it on Horn Fans.
