Anybody catch that Bowling Green v. Miami (Ohio) game on ESPN2 earlier this (Wednesday) evening?

Awesome... well, can't say the game was awesome, I only caught the last few minutes... but wow - that's why you love a natural field. That was glorious mod slop football lovin'.

the best part was when they said the kicker was 6'6 and 180 lbs.... you knew he was going to slip on the kick

I know... it was kind of sad actually.... the whether was so bad that no one was left to make noise (groan or cheer) when it happened. Kind of surreal.

Totally - and I loved the shots of him walking on to the field and trying to avoid the deeper mud puddles.... during, which of course, that part of the game (the end), totally felt like a basketball game with all the timeouts...

oh and to correct my mental typo from earlier "weather" no "whether"
