In SMU history. I can't believe it. Lots of folks left at half; bet they will be shocked by the final score. How did we shut them out the second half after not forcing a punt in the first half. This SMU team is way streaky, but they got hot at the right time.
Hope it is so quiet here because everyone is going to the basketball game. Unfortunately I can't be there, but here to another win tonight.
Way to go Ponies.

Great job by the players and for once the coaches. I'm happy when Bennett does well, I like him and would love for him to stick around if he can keep winning.
I bet Tulsa fans are stealing one from our book, complaining about the conservative play calling and lack of a killer instinct.

Have you seen their board? They're [deleted] about their 7-4 record. [deleted]. Just proves that even winning doesn't even solve everything.

Going from 7-1 to 7-4 has to hurt. Can't blame 'em for being upset.
Classic win today. Man, I'm a believer in Justin Willis.

I was pretty amazed at the great comeback because I've felt all year long that we are not a very good halftime adjustment team. Props to Phil & his staff!

It was my fault. I wasn't able to get to the Stadium until halftime. Sorry about that. I had to fly to Denver to pick up my youngest. But she made it back for her first college football experience. What a great game.

I'm too lazy to look it up right now but...does anyone know off the top of their head which games were #1 and #2 comebacks?

Iam too lazy also, but Rich Phillips said this tied a comeback win against Ohio State - I forget what year and the other two were against baylor in 76 and 78, I believe.

Baylor-SMU in Waco 1978. We were down 21-0 and came back to score 28 in the 4th quarter. We also came back to beat Baylor in 1984 in Waco. I don't remember how far down we were prior to the comeback, but it was a ways. Great Ron Morris touchdown catch and run late in the game for the win. Not sure if that was the other largest comeback.
Yesterday had about the same feeling. What a comeback!!!!
What comes out of a Max Yao's @$$?
Rice.

I was at both games. The '78 game was the best game that I have ever attended. AMAZING comeback!

Every SMU/Baylor Game between 1978 to 1986 was the best game I ever attended. I believe we were down 20 or 21 in the 1984 Game and by about 14 with about 4 minutes to go on an awful rainy days in Waco in 1984 before SMU QB Don King led SMU to a comeback win in a driving rainstorm that lead to the forgotten Championship=well actually a Co-Championship. In those day SMU players were giddy to accept the Aloha Bowl bid over the Cotton Bowl where they upset-well actually it probably wasn't an upset- Notre Dame.
