James Coney Island dogs for everyone and there will be kegs there.

Find us at the big tent on the East side fo the Stadium, just south of Gate 2.
Free parking close by in the main lot on the east side.

Is this the same one the Adami's are putting together?

From what I understand the Adami's were involved with this tailgate at the beginning. Originally they were going to bring down their smoker pit, but the SMU athletic department wanted something less home grown. Hence, James Coney Island is catering the event. Obviously there was a slush fund somewhere in the athletic department waiting for a game like this.

Hi Guys -- just want to clear up some things here. I originally talked to Allan Adami about bringing his smoker to our tailgate, but after the game results last Saturday, things took a quantum leap. Now we're expecting a ton of people, so we've rented a big tent and will cater the whole thing. I posted the announcement this morning under "SMU ALUMNI TENT at Rice." This is an Alumni Relations shindig, and thanks go to Brad Cheves and Mark Peterson in Development & External Affairs for springing for this!
Also, the location is in the grassy area on the east side of the stadium, just south of Gate 3 (not gate 2 as stated above).
