Dillard is the key to beating Rice on Saturday in my opinion. Dillard has been one of the best WRs in the nation all year long and currently leads the nation with 17 TD receptions. Dillard has done something that hasn't ben done in over 2 years. Dillard has caught a TD pass in ALL 11 games this year and is going for a 2nd best in the NCAA for 14 straight games against us. This kid has been phenominal all year and has helped this team wear they are now. I know it was reported that chase clement is injured and won't play on saturday but that won't stop Dillard from getting the ball. If our D come limit his touches and keep him out of the endzone for the first time all year, I see us winning with ease.

We have to get pressure on their QB to make him look off his reciever for someone else, and we have to control the ball on offense to keep the ball out of Dillards hands even longer. SMU can win this. They have the momentum, they have the offense, the only trouble is, its a road game!
