Does Orsini think like Graham?

"Graham wants to construct a $10 million football facility and downsize Rice Stadium to around 45,000. He wants a $2 million practice bubble. He wants Rice football to mean something around the country."
Seeing as how Steve-O seems pretty aggressive in his goals for the school, in terms of wins and facilities, I wonder if he has any ideas about a practice bubble for the Ponies?
I know, there's other fish to fry. But you have to admit, it would be pretty cool.
