This time tomorrow, we will be closing in on Rice Stadium! Wow, I am fired up, it's like I can't hardly think about anything else at this point. Diehards like myself, have waited a longtime for this. RED STORM A COMIN' BABY!!!

I sure hope my dry cleaners is open today because my SMU shirt is there. Bought it after the Tulsa game to wear for the Rice game.

Cant wait until game time. Im bringing my wife and younger brother. Of course my older brother his wife and baby will be there. And finally I will be able to drag my glue factory dad to a game. One of the few good things about living in Houston is a short trip to see the Mustangs win. Go Ponies. We win and Im driving all the way down I-10 with my Tahoe looking like it just drove straight through the SMU Spirit Shop. Go Stangs.

Mustang Band and SMU Alumni Band buses leave campus at 8:00am. If you pass two buses along 75, slow down, give a long loud honk and show your pony ears. We will be watching for pony fans along the way.

I was told, the Rice ticket office only takes cash on game day. We will be facing the sun all day, so don't forget the sunblock, and better bring a red cap or hat!
