Wait a second, it didn't add my final option, which was:
"After he goes 4-7 next season."
Maybe the board poll software is too intelligent to even allow that as an option.

Logic says there will be NO bowl. We should think hard about it if someone is crazy enough to offer a .500 team with 5 D-1 wins a shot.
Will our fans travel?
Depending upon the opponent, might it be better to pass rather than lose to a program that has historically been poor/bad/whatever?

We have already lost to NTSU. We need the extra exposure and practice. If a bid is offered we take it. If you do not want to go and are embarassed, then do not go, and cheer for another team.

I was going to stick with Bennett but I went to the game and he blew it. I hope he feels better after his tumble but how can we not get into the endzone when we have 2 first and goals from the 1???

I still can't believe that we didn't use our hammer D. Martin to blast the ball into the end zone. The fact that we didn't speaks VOLUMES about the coaching staff's and PB's confidence in the offensive line's ability to make and sustain their blocks. I wonder if Josh LiRibeus is going to be redshirted or they will play him immediately next year. We need a guard with his size and ability that can stop the type of penetration that I saw displayed by Rice's THREE man line today!

Well, now #1 and #3 may be one in the same.
Look for Phil and Jerry to resurface in Super Mario World IX...

In my honest opinion I think it is time for a change but when I look towards the future, I don't know if a coaching change is good for Justin Willis...but what the hell do I know.

Any logic that says SMU should decline a bowl invitation is just plain stupid. Ideally I wouldn't like to back into a bowl game, but even more ideally I WANT SMU TO GO TO A BOWL. The exposure of being there can do volumes for recruiting and could give us a positive to build on for next year.

Look we haven't been able to run it down anybody's throat on 3rd and 4th and at the goaline all year long. Its more than Phil Bennett-we need improvement on the offensive line. I sure as hell don't see any holes our backs are missing on the goalline.

Yeah, but we had it 2 times 1st and goal at the one.

That pretty well reinforces Stallions statement.

Setting aside the O-Line issue,
how many "OC" line up their team in the spread offense on the 1ft line on 1st down?
1 frickin foot--arguably, the difference in our bowl outcome.
