Sure some of you loyal SMU fans have already began looking foward to next year saying our Bowl hopes were done.

Well UTEP lost to a previous 1-10 Tiger team. Some how yall said it would be impossible for UTEP to lose their final home game but they did an 2 weeks ago many were saying that their last 2 games were winnable but that's why games are played.

There is still hope but I know by NCAA rules, a 6-6 team won't be picked before a 7-5 team. I'm not giving up until ALL the bowl bids are handed out next Sunday.

I never believed this could be a 6 win team after the UNT game but tbese guys were held together by PBs glue and managed 6 decent wins. PB is making progress, sure they are baby step projects but not ALL teams can make super huge turnarounds like RICE or Ohio (not State). Look at Rutgers, that program took 5 years to turnaround but Schiano did something. Maybe PB can give him a call and asked what he did.

No matter what, it aint over til the fat lady sings. Even if the fat lady is currently drinking water to get her voice ready for the end of this bowl eligible run.

Yea I know there were 5 7win teams, and with their being over 70 6-6 or better teams with only 64 slots ... it basically is over but I AM going to wait til all the bids are gone to finally give up on playing in December.
