All This Coach Talk

Postby crazy horse » Sun Nov 26, 2006 10:22 pm

I personally believe firing Bennett at this time would be counterproductive. But I don't make those decisions, Orsini does.

I thought the team played much better and see a lot of young talent performing very well and was hopeful for the future.

Whatever is decided, get it done. To allow all this speculation is not good. Either Bennett stays or he goes. Orsini needs to make a statement ASAP.

If Bennett goes, Orsini better have a Doherty type of hire and I don't see that many options out there of his stature that we could get. I hope I'm wrong.

We have over 15 years worth of moral victories. Playing better means nothing at the end of the day. Having a team play better was okay 3 years after the Death penalty. Having a team play better but finish with average to below average records in 2006 means failure. This coaching staff has failed and it's time for a change. :x
