Patterson and Arizona State?

The talks about Patterson and Arizona State are firing up? And I as much as I dislike TCU and bag on Patterson, he is an excellent coach, very no non-sense.

I just wonder if he's content on staying in Fort Worth or if he wants to try his hand at a BCS school. No matter how good it gets at TCU, he's going to be with a program that always will be on the cusp but never in the BCS argument, except when everything breaks right, a la Utah, a la Boise St.

You're exactly right. In fact, you can say that about any school outside the bcs-BS including us & no matter how good we get

Until "they" break up the cartel, nothing will EVER happen. Whoever they will be is unforseen.
