Since there is all kind of wild speculation going on..Here's another, if it hasn't already been discussed, what about Iowa State's former coach? I read great things about him. I know, I know, a former BCS coach might not come here. He doesn't have ties to the area yadda yadda.

BTW, for all the people who throw water on hiring someone like Coker. There were many of the same dissenters (look it up) on this board who didn't think Doherty was worthy. My God folks, if you had a shot to hire someone like that (former Natl Champion-please no speeches about how he did it with someone else's players)don't you think Orsini might consider it.

My prediction: We'll hear PB is gone in a few minutes.
