Sounds like Central Michigan will keep their coach cause Gene Chizik was seen in Ames with his family.

Hate to burst your bubble, but the name being kicked around currently in Austin is Randy Shannon. He'd be a more than capable replacement.

I like Gene Chizik but Randy Shannon is much more than an able replacement...he is an upgrade for UT. That said...I aint buying.
Randy Shannon loves Miami and isn't leaving it unless he is moving to a higher position. Something in the NFL or a HC position but nothing less.

Uh, Randy Shannon's boss just got canned, in case anybody forgot. He might be asked to stay at Miami and he might not.
