CUSA does not have tie-ins with Houston or Hawaii this year...those are on a rotating basis and will rotate to CUSA next year.

Both conferences contracted to the Texas Bowl this year have more eligible teams than bowl tie ins. Barring the Apocalypse, Houston will not play there.
