The Giants used PB's 4th and 1 play against the Cowboys and had the same result as the Mustangs.

I thought we ran a sweep on 4th and 1, while the Giants tried to run off tackle but Jacobs was forced to bounce it outside and was promptly destroyed. Same result though.

yah they ran off tackle and he bounced it... there was a crease there and when you are that big you need to hit it hard and get going north and south

Is it NOT POSSIBLE for the OC, who ever he turns out to be next year,
to teach at least 1 POWER formation for short yardage situations :!:

or just let jwill get under center and do a qb sneak... and if dodge came over from southlake i wouldnt get too excited about a power formation... how about we just recruit some linemen who can block

Yup, if JWill is under center, it HAD better be a POWER formation, and
that is one of the OPTIONS :!:

I am 44 and could have puncehed it in. Signal cadence is the key at the goalline. J-Will has to get better with the deception factor. It plays a part?

No need to run from 6 yards back. What offense are you running, Rusty's?
