The only 2 CUSA players chosen for AA honors. Dillard named to 2nd team, Higgins named to 3rd team.
Hopefully SMU can represent CUSA with AA honors next year.

If you want to play the statistic game then Rice had 20% of all of the non BCS players named. Of course, so did UTEP, Western Michigan, Boise State and BYU.
(it is possible I missed someone so know that my stats are subject to a variance factor of +/- 19.875%)

You missed the guy from San Jose State who led the nation in INTs.
You also missed Garrett Wolfe from NIU.
And Colt Brennan from Hawaii.
You can say that CUSA made up 25% of all non BCS schoos.

Dillard is that good and certainly deserves to be All American. I'm glad to see him recognized coming from a non bcs school like Rice. Congratulations to him............ I think Adrian Haywood should have also been considered. Haywood is talented, big, strong and fast. One of the better DTs I saw last year.
