If you can withstand Brent Musburger, there is no better atmosphere or backdrop surrounding a game than this one. And it doesn't matter if it is:
Texas-USC
Michigan-Texas
USC-Michigan
Ohio State-UCLA
SMU-Stanford
or whatever. There is no better game of the year than this one.

Forget the commentary, "Wish-a-gan" sure looking like they deserve to be playing Ohio State for the National Title.
I'd like to compare them to a 10 year old 2 liter of Pepsi I found last week; FLAT...and lets not for get inconsistent.
Ive never been more proud to cheer for USC in my life right now. My friend told me the BIG10 was going 3-0 today...looks like 2-1 to me barring any miracle from Carr and Co.

Ok, so this one is basically in the books. After watching that grab from Jarrett, who goes first in the NFL draft, Calvin Johnson or Dwayne Jarrett???
I know DJ is a junior but I'm sure he'll cash in on the big bucks knowing that he will be one of the top 2 WRs picked

1936...doubt anyone on this board was around then...the only time the Mustangs have played in The Rose Bowl game itself.

AWESOME GAME THIS AFTERNOON...just got back home from the Rose Bowel (one of the worst stadiums ever constructed).
Anyways, it was a great way to end my CFB season, and I know I will be aching for next season as soon as this one's finally in the books. SC = #1 in '07...bring back DJ "1 more year."
On another note, is anyone else kinda weirded out by the BCS games being on Fox??

YES I am. Not that I have anything against fox, I'm just use to CFB on ABC...and I definetly prefer the ABC broadcasters over fox's wack squad.

yea, FOX is not suited for CFB. Barry Alvarez in the booth? Are you serious? They're only doing this for the $. Tell me the NC game is not on FOX. Otherwise I may just mute it. If it is, now I can see why ABS hyped the Rose Bowl to the max...it was their only BCS game!
