saw ESPN headline suggesting this is imminent. Get on the phone to Charles Opesterian(sp?). We could use a break Patterson to Minnesota, Kraigthorpe to Louisville and Guy Morris' top recruiter Wesley McGrigg to K-State. Rice's Applewhite to Alabama's staff. Then SMU picks up the pieces. Maybe we can get Elvis out in Lubbock to take another job too. Job openings still in flux.

Its too bad. Hope Tulsa can find a good successor, because it helps us and the conference if they can stay successful!

But as you pointed out he hasn't been offered yet, think they were deciding on which TV DVD box series to get: Alf or Blossom.
Personally I would go with The Golden Girls, oh that blanch is something esle.

Kragthorpe would be an idiot NOT to take the Louisville job, even if Tulsa decided to match the cash. I have a strong suspicion that with Graham gone to Rice, Tulsa is on the way down, and that some of the "coaching genius" credit Kragthorpe got should have gone to Graham, the monster recruiter. If Louisville offers big bucks, Krag needs to go.
