Congratulations, Florida

A very impressive performance by the Gators. A wonderful defensive showing by their defense and how they humbled and shut down Troy Smith and Ohio State, 41-14. The Heisman Trophy winner had no chance and looked really bad.

The Gators were the better team and deserved to win by their margin. I enjoyed watching their speed and how well their pass rush worked. Pretty much a carbon copy of USC-Michigan.

Not a fun bowl season by the Big 10 at 2-5 and the conference's flaws --lack of speed -- was exposed. But that's life. And I will look forward to the conference putting together a better season in the fall. Probably won't have a national championship contender just at first glance.

The only disappointment I have is that this was the last college football game until late August/early September.

After all your posts all season long, I don't feel bad in saying this.

The bowls proved what most of us knew all year long.

The big 10 is overrated.

Thank god we didn't end up with OSU-UM NC game. It would've never been proven.

The best two teams are UF and LSU.

Congrats to Florida, they played better than OSU. Maybe that long lay off was because of that but the Gators game to play.

The SEC will most likely have UF and LSU finish 1-2.

The Big 10 will have Wisconsin in the top 5 to end the year though. Another great CFB year. Cant wait til August.

Urban Myer is a genius

After taking Utah to a BCS bowl win, Urban Myer showed how good he coaches by trouncing OSU. Boise State has an equally good coach. The mid-level schools can produce winners with the right coach. Hear that Orsini.

I disagree. I would think if Michigan does not lose its underclassmen early to the draft that they will certainly be a pre season top 5.

How sweet it was to see the Big 10's darling utterly embarrassed by Florida. They even surprised us diehard Gators fans :)

It would be waaaaay to small and pety of me to also say I told you so - Big ten (11 - whatever) is hugely overated - so I wont do that.
