If so, that says a lot about contract extensions. They are completely worthless.

a buddy's dad is heavily involved in Rice Football.
he said he wants to vomit. said it sounds like Todd is gone.
said the knee jerk reaction is to promote applewhite even though
it would be a HUGE gamble. But they want to have some stability.

Wonder why Todd would leave, isn't really a big step up, if Rice had another year like last year he would get a better offer. Friend thinks Todd has a daughter that lives in or close to tulsa.

Crazy.

The only loyalty coaches have these days is to their pocketbooks. If we don't win the west next year, we are officially never recovering.

Who had 12 minutes in the "how much of the extension will he stay for" pool?

haha, i believe that was me. I'd start calling this the "Saban Effect"

Maybe Rice will want to interview PB and we can hire Briles away from Houston. haha.
