USC Song Girls

If Richard Sweet wants to market something and upgrade our image, why not form a group like this for FB and MBB? SMU girls are just as good looking and rich as those at USC. Make it a real prestigous group with the same type of outfits. The USC girls are world renown. The frat boys will show up!

smu can match usc's cheerleaders any day if we wanted to. i know a current usc cheerleader from high school, pretty dam attractive

I'm all for creating a new tradition (even if it means hijacking someone else's) if it ends the embarrassment that is our current cheerleader situation.

It will only end our embarrassment if the coach embraces the concept. The coach is from OU and doesn't seem all that accepting of criticism or change that he didn't initiate, so good luck with that. Anyway, the cheer & pom aren't part of the athletic department; they are part of the rec sports department. The first change needed would be to put them under the control of athletics.
