Now THOSE are some powerful numbers!

DeGroat's only going to be a freshman (redshirt) this season - how high could he get by the time he's a senior?

Cool story.

Keep it up Vic. Getting stronger can only make a good player better.

The Great Vic Viloria is making his impact felt in a hurry, wouldn't you say?

Coach Vic Villoria " We're not building bench pressers, we're building football players." ..........I assume that his program is not just about an increase in strength, but also an increase in agility and speed/quickness. Also, an added benefit should be more endurance in the fourth quarter.

You're right -- the guys are constantly on the move in the weight room, and they're constantly doing ab work between sets and even on the field. I bet the quickness and endurance improves as much as overall strength.

Now that the originals don't do SportsCenter anymore, he's the best one left. Van Pelt bugged me at first, but he's really smart and really funny.
