A: I’m only answering this question because it made me laugh. I’ve spent the last week being forced by the wife to look at 483 swatches of the exact same shade of tan to figure out what to paint our bedroom. I’ll give you the same answer I give the boss … whatever you like. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If you’re a die-hard



1. UCLA’s home blue uniforms with the yellow pants, gold helmets
2. Florida’s throwback blues it wore against Alabama
3. Tulsa’s blue home uniforms with the gold helmet
4. Notre Dame’s home blue and gold
5. Syracuse dark blue with orange helmet
6. Texas A&M’s dark crimson home uniforms
7. San Jose State’s blue with yellow pants
8. SMU home red with the dark helmets
9. Minnesota’s maroon and gold (and there is a slight difference between The U’s and USC’s.)
10. USC’s cardinal and gold

Oh good, for a while there I thought there were only about 4 people who liked our uniforms.

However, UCLgAy has the WORST colors. I don't know why anyone would want to be baby powder blue with gold.

Wow, left out Michigan's maize and blue. Usually #1. I'm happy to see that purple and black, or lavender and white didn't make the list. Air sickness orange and white didn't make the list. That shows some taste.

That list is severely flawed. No mention whatsoever of Michigan's uni's?

I dont even like Michigan - but you cant deny they have the best uniforms in sports.

If we won a few more we would all like our uniforms.

Best uniforms in college football:

1 SMU (that kind of goes without saying, huh?)
2 Michigan
3 Florida State
4 USC
5 Maryland (red jerseys)
6 Colorado
7 San Jose State (nasty place, but their unis are pretty nice)
8 Kentucky (blue jerseys)
9 UCLA
10 Ole Miss (and only because they want so desperately to be just like SMU!)



NO LIST of great uniforms can be considered valid if it includes Aggie High, the butt-ugly threads at Syracuse, NBC's favorite over-exposed team (Notre Dame) or by all means those hideous practice jerseys they wear at Penn State.

What about the visual trainwrecks Oregon trotted out there last year, or those hideous one-sleeve nightmares at Oregon, Virginia Tech (which should join Wyoming atop the worst-uni list) and Miami?

i actually like oregon's... not to mention they always get the newest "hi-tech" uniforms. also no mention of boise state? actually i'm just going to go a head and make my top ten best and worst list now...

Oregon had already won "Sweepstakes" for worst helmet, worst jersey(s), worst pants, worst tattoos, and worst mascot (no matter who carries your insurance).
