Big schools getting away though "self reporting" how long had this "supplement" been used and how many did they keep in players lockers with different bottles etc

Sounds like a really bad Cheech & Chong gag. It seems our OU players merely found the banned supplements and were on their way to the NCAA to turn the supplements in when they got caught.
The NCAA will spend an extraordinary amount of time, resources and energy banning mascots as the NCAA thinks that mascots will somehow affect the level of competition but will spend absolutely no effort in investigating payment to players or banned substances use.
The NCAA makes Claude Raines in Casablanca look like Sherlock Holmes.

Such crap. Just DP the Big 12 for a year or two, and then go about normal business.

If this happened at SMU vs. OU, we'd get David Chase-ed by the NCAA all the while that OU, UT, FSU, USC (thanks Reggie), and Miami (gasp) give the proverbial

to the NCAA, and the NCAA just smiles and takes it...with or without K-Y.
(Alright PP...go ahead...slap me with a black horseshoe. I deserve it. But does it make anything I wrote any less true?)

How can zero U, with all of their top training expertise, trained bio-med
staff personell, top training facilities, MD's and nutritionists, plead a case
of ignornace to the fact on banned substances?
I guess they cannot read product lables!
Just like the Bomar's job, and Peterson test driving a Lexus for 6 months-The zero U athletic dept did not know these activities were going on-
absolutly not a clue. Yeah, right!

If this happened at Notre Dame, they'd give them 5 more scholarships next year for being the pillar of honesty and fair play that they are..........
