CUSA Fans Team previews

CUSA Fans has released team previews for all 12 league members and other previews for various teams such as East Carolina and SMU will be released in the coming weeks.

Except East Carolina and SMU?
Kind of makes the word "all" a little misleading, doesn't it?

I think he's saying that they have all 12 teams previewed at present, however in the future there will be additional previews (perhaps other authors I would guess) will be posted as well.
