why is Pat Summerall, a devout Arkansas Razorback, the featured guest along with the McIhenny family at the kickoff soiree? Can we not find a willing alumnus or just settle happily for Don, Lance, and Lott to represent us?

Then I guess you would be excited for a famous UT alum (preferrably a thug) to come and speak next year. There are some that live in Dallas. I just think it would be nice to showcase a successful SMU grad. And Pat just spoke up here a couple of months ago. He is a wonderful person but he is definitely showing his age and travails.

Stallion was unavailable due to a prior speaking engagement at Cowboy's Red River.

Then Summerall's the man. I was just hoping for a Stallion appearance.

Good policy. Apparently Pat Summerall does.

There's not enough $$$ to pay Eric Dickerson or Craig James.

Well lets see. We have an alumnus, he was a pretty good QB, he was a pretty good announcer, he is 8 years younger than Summerall, he lives nearby, but no, lets get a Razorback to speak. At least we have someone from a top 25 team.
