In case anybody still cares...word is Corey Slater recently left his home state (WA) to continue football at Northern Arizona University.

The only thing better about Flagstaff, AZ than St. George, UT is that the alcohol content in the beer is higher.

I hope for his sake this was the right place to go. I guess that talk about Boise St. and a couple of nearby DIs didn't work out so well. Isn't NAU Division I-AA? I know they DI for hoops in the Big Sky Conference.

Corey Slater, his Dad and Phil Bennett are the only ones who ever thought he was Division 1A. I'd rather ride the bench at SMU

that's what i never understood when guys left... they weren't good enough to play at SMU, so why not suck it up, ride the pine, get your degree and make some money in dallas when you graduate

Like you said, accept that you get a great education here and all the benefits of that. You might end up having your chance to play here anyway.
