Anyone know how sales are going for football tickets?
Compared to last year at this time?

On other board, Ed P. mentioned that sales were 20% above this time last year.
Probably because they moved the deadline for renewing season tickets to April. If you havent renewed yet, though, you probably still can get them.

SMU SID won't release "official" sales figures to the public. However, they did confirm that season ticket sales are up from last year - both from the renewal deadline (which was moved back) and when compared to this time last year (which would be the more apples-to-apples comparison).
I have nothing to substantiate the +20% figure that CPC quoted from the other board, but that sure would be nice.

With all this talk about conference moves and where we fit into all of it, the bottom line (off the field) is and will always be about fan support for the program.
