He & Tom Landry are trading stories now. Condolences to his friends, colleagues and family. He was one of the 'greats'.

That's #3...Tom Snyder (NBC late-night talk show host), filmmaker Ingmar Bergman and now Bill Walsh.

Even though he was the enemy for Cowboys fan you could not help but admire and respect the man.

To put Zindler's name alongside those mentioned above is an injustice to their legacies. They were professionals. He was a clown.
