Is Logan Turner the only SMU player competing in the game tonight on FoxSports SW?? He is the only QB still listed on the roster after Liberty-Eylau's Will Middlebrooks backed out because of his being drafted by the Boston Red Sox. Surely they picked up another QB to replace Middlebrooks. If not, Turner should get a lot of TV time.

You would think what happend last year with the Zach Rhodes playing in this game that no other SMU players would play in the game as well.
Best of Luck and hope no one gets injured.

Yes I agree--
WR Dribrell will see playing time for NT as a true freshman-
I hope he does not get hurt. North Texas 2-a-days start soon!

Oh joy the North has some guy running the wishbone. Why would the THSCA hire a wishbone coach for this game. I missed the first Quarter, did Turner do anything.

Dropped at least 3 passes right to him so far. Looks like you got a really good one in him....

If he does, you need to water him every day so he will grow.

I saw him throw two passes in the first half. Both were horrible passes including one horrible interception.

make that 3 horrible passes and 2 interceptions-this one returned about 40 yards by TCU's Jeremy Kerley.

North and Turner complete their first passes of the Nite with 6:15 to go in the 4th Quarter-one on a 15 yard crossing route and another on a quick screen. Then Turner has the ball stripped at about the 10 yard line for a fumble.

Turner leaves with about 2 minutes with what appears to be a slight and I do mean slight ankle imjury. He was walking but had a little limp and a grimace. Probably nothing serious.
