FYI if you are interested. MTSU fan board, "Blueraiderzone.com",
forum "the Blue Skillet" has a thread about the new SMU marketing
program. The muts are taking some pot shots at SMU.

UNT people are clever - they call MTSU - MUTS and SMU - SMUt.

At first, I wondered why the hell anyone in their right mind not affiliated with Middle Tenn would intentionally seek out and check their athletic message board. Then it donned on me: MTSU is actually in NTSU's conference! lol
While the rest of us are talking about schools like Rice, Tulane, Marshall, SMU, Houston, Memphis-all schools with either academic prestige, athletic tradition or huge enrollments-our NTSU buddies are forced to troll the Blue Raider message boards. Granted, CUSA is certainly not Big XII....but man, am I grateful for the perspective this affords us to our own conference mates.

Completely agree, RGV. I've been really happy with CUSA so far. Of all the non-BCS conferences out there, I couldn't think of another I'd rather us be in. Great in-state games and every school does indeed offer at least some sort of academic or athletic prestige.

Those must be the in-state games.

What do you get when you get 32 Middle Tennessee grads in a room? A full set of teeth. Just take all the Aggie jokes and change the word "Aggie" to "MTSU grad" and you get the picture.

Well guys, I did not mean to [deleted] you off.
I was reading the MTSU board and I saw the SMU thread.
I thought why are the muts fans interested in SMU marketing?
I was just passing a "FYI" to you. You can do what you want with it.

Charlie has had some good insight , his brothers overcusser and emmitt still live in the realm that we are some big bad evil machine that is out to destroy UNT and have the power to do so. And we do not understand the obsession they have.
