Ryan Moczygemba 6' 1" 218 and Damon Hurst are expected to compete for the middle linebacker spot left by former LB Reggie Carrington. This statement was made at the recent CUSA media day in New Orleans. Coach also says he likes Moczygemba's nose for the ball. Was this guy a walk-on ? He was not on the list of recruits in 2005 or 2006.

Looks like he was a first team all state 5A defensive player. Has SMU ties. guessing he was not recruited due to size and possibly speed.

Smithson Valley plays the town I'm from, so I'll see if I can find out more on this guy.

Don't bother - if he hasn't been offered by BSC schools or ranked by rivals, he ain't worth a darn. Wink Wink. At least he is over 6'.
