Gadzooks, 20 years is a long time to wait for anything, much less recovery from the DP. And it has been a miserable long wait too. I've been a fan for 60 years, growing up idolizing Doak Walker. Do the math, and look how long we have been in the wilderness compared to our salad days. Sometimes it hurts to be a life long pony fan. We need redemption BIG time, but the best hopes for 2007 are a 7-5 season and a bowl bid.

The best hopes are for 7-5? How do you figure? Best hopes should be 12-0. Likely? Probably not, but the conference games are all winnable, especially with the parity in the conference, so 11-1, 10-2, 9-3 aren't out of the question.
