Oh no! It's a conspiracy they are writing about CUSA's Freshman of the year last year, I can't believe it!

(And I didn't realize that one of the tragic deaths that SMU experienced last year happened to be a gentleman that was a suite mate to Justin and Emmanuel.)

Also, there's a short article about the battle for the middle linebacker spot. Conspiracy!

Speaking of the middle linebacker article — how about our man Ryan Moczygemba? Did anyone else hear the story about him getting bitten by a rattlesnake, driving himself to the hospital and then getting back out on the practice field that week?

Sounds like a Vic Viloria starter kit.

I hadn't... there was a lot of new information in that article... talk about a tough hard nosed competitor!

Wait, this can't be. The Morning News coverage of SMU sucks, remember? Thad, what paper are you really reading?

As it should be. They're learning. Thanks, DMN.

(For the second day in a row, though, a nearly full-page feature on UT, page 2)

So now to satisfy you they have to feature SMU ever day and drop UT altogether? Good luck with that, doofus.

Two days in a row? What about A&M, Tech, etc.? They've got lots of fans in Dallas too. Why UT? It's obvious. UT is the DMN's baby.

Your beloved Aggies also got a big story today, so that should make you feel better. And don't forget UT is just a couple years off of a national championship, so they've earned their coverage.

Chill everybody...SMU got front page Sports Day coverage with huge photo of Justin flying through the air. Who cares who's on page 2?

I have to confess after my post yesterday that I am shocked at the full page color picture of Justin and the story on the front page of todays DMN. I will gladly admit I was wrong about the DMN's continued slight of the Mustangs if they keep giving us even half the coverage UT receives.

It's simple: When you win or start winning and there are expectations, your coverage and story count increases.

When you stink, your coverage is average.

In other words, when you are what you are, you get what you deserve.

That sounds like a Colt McCoy-type story.

didn't the dallas american statesman run a three page story on wonder boy colt? too bad moxie isn't a book-em' horn, he could really milk this story.
