well, any news? Is the NCAA taking time away from considering Elizee's status to ponder the txt messaging issue?

According to Scott Farrell (he posted yesterday) on mustangmaniacs the school is still waiting to hear from the NCAA.

here's a bone for you, jt: do you think the burgers & cheer investigation is taking precedent over consideration for Serge, and that's why we STILL haven't heard anything out of Indy?

Well, maybe they will try to offset our upcoming basketball probation with a grant of immunity to young Mr. Serge.

I was told by a couple of people who were there that not all of them do have that look. Several haven't done it at all, and Derek Lilly shaved his entire head.

I thought it was against NCAA rules to use anything that might offend native americans.

At today's Media Day Press Conference, Coach Bennett stated that they hoped to have a ruling from the NCAA regarding Serge's status within the next two weeks.

So still nothing new to report.
