I found the info. Thanks. It looks like something interesting to do next year. My daughter was a big fan of "Kelley" the twirler so she might really like this.

I have a niece who was a jr. mustang cheerleader two years ago, and she loved it. I think it was a wonderful experience for her.

I was at the game and I just wanted to say how adorable these little girls were. I sat in section 102 with my brother and we had two of these jr. cheerleaders on our row. I think its cool that they get to get on the field and cheer.

My niece is 4 years old. She was on the jr cheerleading team and 4 days before the Tech game, they emailed all the 4 year old's parents and told them that they were no longer going to be allowed on the team. This after paying $300 to be on the team, buying season tickets and all the other stuff they had to have. My sister lost about $800 and they finally agreed to refund her the $300 for the registration fee to be on the team.

Guess that is what happens when you have a college student in charge of children. My niece is devastated but still a faithful supporter of SMU football. She plans to go to every game and cheer from the stands

Wierd, I thought there was only one 4 year old on the team and she was a younger sister. That sucks that they told her she could participate then pulled the rug out from under her.

though FYI the 300 bucks covered the girls season ticket and uniform. Your sister might be out for any aditional tickets she bought though. Even then, I imagine that the ticket office would probably play ball for the remaining 4 games.

I think her mom and grandma were more upset than she was. Who knows. The season tickets will not go to waste, that is for sure. She can always participate next year.
