We could really use a Serge on the DL.

I have been using my prayers on the "surge" in Iraq. I guess I can switch Se(u)rges for a night.

It's about time something goes our way.
Come on, NCAA, do the right thing.

Pitiful how long it has taken to get this hearing. However, maybe it shows that they may seriously be considering ruling in Serge's favor.

I don't believe there to be a precedent. I hope they set a good one, though.

From what I have heard, There is precedent. A player from LSU after signing a LOI was cleared to play ar A$M. Serge never signed an LOI and I hope this leads to more freedom than the precedent.
At least that is logical to me, but we will see.
Go Mustangs
Play on Serge

Bus...If that is true, I think you are exactly right. Any first year law student could use that example and win.

Any idea as to what time a decision will be rendered by the NCAA?
