Beat UNT

OK, what's done is done. It's time to focus on the UNT game, or else we will let Tech beat us twice. I look for the ponies to rebound and win against the kind of team we ought to have scheduled to open our season. It won't be easy and it might get ugly, but a win is a win - and it sure will help change the subject for about 24 hours.

Rally in retreat

The hardest job in battle is executing a rally when in retreat. Tech smashed our forces badly and the fans are dispirited and are aobut to surrender the whole season. In this case, the team's players are probably more ready to regroup than anyone else. We have a chance to win this time. There was no chance on Labor Day. Pony up, or fold your hands.

I am over the Tech disaster. Ready to get a win on Saturday and make it to a bowl this year. I'll be there Saturday. Go Mustangs!

I love it when it is open season on Eagles, even green ones. They make such a good stew. Tastes sorta like whooping crane I'm told.
