anyone want to take a stab at it?
UNT 27
SMU 17
I'm going this direction for two reasons. One, based on what I saw Monday. Two, hoping that-as is often the case-I'll be wrong on such a prediction made while the aftertaste of a loss lingers.

SMU 31
UNT 17
Offense gets rolling..(D-Mart has a 100 yd/2TD game and J-Will and Emmanuel finally start gelling) but our D gives up too many yards rushing to UNT's Jamarrio Thomas to make it a very close first half (14 - 10 SMU at halftime). We pull away late to make the score look better as it was a closer game than it showed.

This game is full of question marks on either side.
I believe in Dodge and I am a UNT homer so:
NT : 35
SMU : 17

SMU 38-10.
SMU won't come out timid like they did last year at UNT. Willis has the full offense, and they are going to be pissed about the Tech game. UNT has nothing except a running back, and SMU did well early against Tech against the run.

I'm not sure why anyone thinks SMU would win, much less be able to score 30+ points. I hope I am wrong, but I'm pretty sure that UNT won last year somewhat handily and that SMU still hasn't scored a touchdown. With all that being said, I will cheer my heart out and pray for a win, or maybe a rainout. So my prediction is...
UNT 5
SMU 4
A late throwing error allows one of the mean grean to score from first.

SMU kicks five FG's and wins only because the refs call back three long TD's passes for illegal backfield in motion when the UNT WR starting boogeying with the Squires on the sidelines to the soundtrack of Night at the Roxy.
